Important Update from the Freehold Area Health Department

Please be advised that the Freehold Area Health Department adopted a Lead Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Ordinance, BO# 8.56.285, on December 10, 2020. This new ordinance requires a Certification of Clearance issued by the Freehold Area Health Department prior to issuances of a Continued Certificate of Occupancy for resale, rental or change of occupancy on all residential properties.
