Chief / Administration

The administration of the Freehold Borough Police Department is very proactive in dealing with the myriad of challenges that face us each month.

We hold meetings each month to discuss everything from personnel issues to complaints of speeding.  We talk about new ideas to improve the agency, and everyone is expected to bring something to the table.

These meetings are attended by all administrators, patrol squad sergeants, detective sergeants and even patrol officers serving as squad leaders.  Assignments are meted out, problems are discussed, and compliments given.  The tone of these meetings is very positive, and everyone looks forward to them each month.
